USCIS has added new online customer service options, including online inquiry and improved case status information features. The electronic inquiry is currently only available for case status information on Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (Form I-90) and Application for Naturalization (Form N-400) cases that are outside normal processing times. Another added feature is online case status notification and change of address now available in Spanish. I find that just importing my Swift3D output into Flash and then exporting it again I can reduce file size from 50 kb to 5kb. and usually this is good enough.

Hi All,
I applied for my I485 during the July 07 fiasco and also for EAD/AP for me and my wife. I just renewed my H1B for another 3 years and my manager just said that since I have my H1B, I shouldnt renew my EAD/AP when it expires next year since it is quite an expense for the company. My wife is using her EAD for her current job and so that will still be renewed.
Just wanted to find out if there can be any issues if I dont renew just my EAD/AP?
Also after filing for the I485 in July 07, we did our Fingerprinting in Feb 08. We had not received FP notice and had to go through infopass to get FP done. Since then we've not received a renewal for FP again. I believe FP expires in 18 months and we need get it done again. Should I be receiving FP notice for renewal or do I need to go thru infopass again?

Well this came out of nowhere. Last night the Senate passed an emergency border enforcement bill that provides $600 million for increased security on the southern US border. The $600 million will come from raising fees on staffing companies. The fee will increase by $2250 for each L-1 visa application for companies that employ 50 or more workers if 50% of the workforce is on an H-1B or an L-1. I have filed the H1B(I129) transfer and extension on H4(I539) in the month of June 18th and then upgraded to premimum process in the month of November, after 2 days it got approved and within the next two days they changed the status to RFE and requested to send the paystubs for the past 3 months. I have all the paystubs and our attorney sent the response with the paystubs to USCIS. In between this my wife travelled to India when my I129 and I539 pending.
1) Do you think there will be any problem for my visa to be approved(since my wife is in India)?
2) Can my wife visa gets approved when she was in India?
3) How long do they take to respond to the RFE?
Please advice.

Do you know, how one could apply for a Visitor Visa without a Sponsorer in the US ?
What documents do they need to furnish ?
As I understand there are a lot of ppl who come to the US who do not have kids/relatives here, what do they have to show if they are just coming to the US for a Visit not work related ?

Wife need to go to India for emergency. Advance Parole expired. Can she already leave while I apply AP now ? Or does she have to be in country until we get it ? Can i apply now and send it to her once i get it here ?

Both cards should arrive to the address that CIS has on file for the couple. The wife's departure from the US should not affect this. However, she needs to have the card to return to the US, ideally. Hopefully husband can send her the card.

Hello everyone, My husband whose PD is Oct 2006 EB2 got his email today...
On March 24, 2010 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
I have two questions...
1) How is it possible to get GC out of turn.........?
2) We moved to a new house n updated the address, but for some reason it was not correct. The system(also the customer service) wont let me update till 45 days have passed. Now the document will come to the wrong address? What do i do?

Company "A" negotiating with a person who does not have paystubs, as he always been on bench.
during this time Company "B" apply for H-1B Transfer(without paystubs as they plan to submit later in a week or so)
Company "A" did the settlement and issues paystubs etc... but same time they apply cancellation of H1.
My I-94 is valid untill dec-09
Can a transfer be done like this???
Please advise as i am dying day and night.............do not make a fun of it.

Hello out there. I have a question regarding co-sponsors for international fiance visas. My Dutch boyfriend are looking to marry after 3 years going the Fiance Visa route. I know the financial requirements I need to meet is $18, 212 for the both of us. I do make that, however, I haven't filed my taxes in years and I'm an independant contractor (whole other story). I live in New York, my mother lives in California and is willing to be a co-sponsor; she's retired, makes more than enough in her pension, social security and about $150K in savings. My question is, since she will be the co-sponsor and of course she'd need to fill out the I-134 (Affidavit of Support)--do I ALSO need to fill out the I-134 too?...or just her alone? Please help....Thanks all!!! Also what paperwork do they require?...Last 2 years of current tax returns? Thanks again!
